We only collect the personal data necessary to process your booking and communicate with you (name, email, phone number).
We never sell or share your information with outside companies.
Your data is stored securely through our booking software and only used for business-related purposes.

Terms & Conditions

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is your cleaning and security deposit. Within 48 - 72 hours of event, your deposit will be refunded in accordance with the state of the equipment.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for rescheduling or a partial refund.

Setup areas must be accessible, clean, and free from hazards.

Escapades Party Co. is not liable for injury due to misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines provided at delivery.

You’ll receive a digital rental agreement prior to your event outlining full terms.

Damage & Cleaning Policy: Clients are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned excessively dirty or with unremovable stains.

Weather & Rescheduling Clause: In the event of severe weather, Escapades Party Co. will work with you to reschedule your event within 90 days of the original date (subject to availability).

Late Pickup or Return Policy (for DIY rentals) : Late returns may incur a $25/day fee. Please communicate with us if you're unable to return items on time — we’ll always try to work with you!

Client Responsibilities:

Adult supervision is required at all times during use of our rentals.

The client agrees not to use items in unsafe or hazardous conditions (including wet or muddy areas unless pre-approved).

No smoking, fireworks, or open flames near setups.

Photo Use Disclaimer: Escapades Party Co. may photograph event setups for marketing purposes. We will never share images of guests without permission.
