Refund &
Cancellation Policy

Refunds Based on Cancellation Timeline:

At Escapades Party Co., we understand that life happens — but we also reserve inventory, time, and energy to make your event unforgettable. The policy below ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.

  • 14+ days before event:
    You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • 7 to 13 days before event:
    You’re eligible for a 50% refund, or you may choose 100% credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months).

  • 3 to 6 days before event:
    No refund is issued, but you may apply 50% of your total as credit toward a future booking (valid for 3 months).

  • Less than 72 hours before event:
    No refund or credit is issued. All payments are final due to staffing, supplies, and schedule commitments.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling is free with 7+ days' notice, based on availability.

  • Rescheduling with 3–6 days’ notice incurs a $25 change fee.

  • No reschedules allowed within 72 hours of your event, unless due to severe weather.

 Weather Policy (Outdoor Setups):

  • If severe weather (rain, wind, storms) is forecasted, you may:

    • Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice with no penalty.

    • Request full credit, valid for 90 days from original booking.

  • If you decline to reschedule, no refund will be issued.

  • If your event is moved indoors and setup is still possible, service will proceed.

🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • No-shows or missed pickups/drop-offs (for DIYScape rentals).

  • Inaccessible, unsafe, or blocked setup areas.

  • Damage or excessive mess upon return of items.

  • Cancellations due to personal schedule conflicts or changed mind.

  • Discounted or promotional bookings (noted as final sale).

  • Please email info@escapadespartyco.com with:

  • Name on your booking

  • Original event date

  • Reason for request

  • Whether you’re requesting a refund or reschedule

  • We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
